Gives a real head-up display feel
HUDWAY Cast display takes a luxury vehicle feature and attempts to introduce it with a much lower cost. Keep in mind, that with luxury vehicles, part of the benefit is the connection of a vehicles ECU, which would show all of the statistics that happen in the vehicle itself. The HUDWAY Cast may give the feel of a head-up display but has limits to the full range of statistics, based on whatever app is running on the mobile device it is projecting.
Bright and contrast image in any conditions
Although the Hudway Cast has potential for a very visible display, the reality is there are a wide range of conditions that can cause question for this display to always be visible. Think about the sun setting over the road, or bright lights in cars ahead of you. These types of scenarios are not always occurring, but they do occur.
Easy to install
Ease of use is relative, but in the case of the Hudway Cast and previous models, installation is relatively easy. Previous versions did have some difficulty with the adhesive, so keep that in mind when considering backing the Hudway Cast.
Connects to any smartphone, mirrors any app
Hudway Cast will connect with any phone that uses Miracast or AirPlay.
Versatile: for any car and driving professional
The Hudway Cast requires no permanent levels of installation which gives it a wide variance for versatility.
Hudway Cast is an upgrade from the previous version of Hudway that used a mirror to make a faux HUD. This version uses Miracast and AirPlay in order to project the phones function onto a HUD that is more similar to features seen in higher end vehicles. Keep in mind the potential for difficulty reading the display when elements from outside get in the way.
